Privacy policy
This policy describes information collected through the Joint Venture Labs website. Client projects may have additional privacy and data-processing terms.
Information you provide
When you request a consultation, we collect the information you enter, including your name, company, email, project details and any optional contact information. We use it to respond, arrange a conversation and assess your project. Your inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Website operations
The site and its hosting providers process technical information needed to serve pages and protect the service. The consultation and conversation endpoints use a hashed network identifier for rate limiting. A project summary is held only in page memory when you choose to bring it into the consultation form; reloading clears that draft. Conversation text is displayed in the page; the site does not save that transcript to its own database. Conversation history held by our processors is governed by their configured retention settings. Bot verification may process browser information when enabled. Operational error reports contain a fixed error category and approved page path, not your messages, request contents or credentials. The site measures its own traffic with first-party analytics that use no cookies and no browser storage and do not follow you across days or other sites: page views with the page path, the referring website without query details, campaign tags in the link, broad device type, country when our host provides it, how long the page was visible, and whether the demo assistant or consultation form was used. The demo records only that a conversation started, its length and the number of turns, never what was said. A daily anonymous identifier is made from your network address and browser details with a secret key, so the address itself is not stored. Automated traffic is ignored, and browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted. This site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Providers and email
Service providers process information to host the site, store inquiries and deliver email. Our hosting provider and our email provider process this information as needed to operate the site. We do not sell inquiry information.
Optional AI voice demo
When the voice demo is available, audio or messages are sent only after you acknowledge the disclosure and start the conversation. Joint Venture Labs’ systems and our AI conversation provider process the conversation to provide the service. Use example information and do not share passwords, payment details or sensitive personal or customer information. The assistant can display relevant service links and prepare a project summary for you to review in the consultation form. Nothing is submitted through that form until you choose to send it. The assistant does not access business accounts, contact third parties, book services or spend money.
Retention and requests
We keep information as needed to respond to inquiries, manage business relationships and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction or deletion, email team@jointventurelabs.com. We may need to verify the request and retain information where required.
