CUSTOM AI EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS

You’ve got
enough
on your plate.

Give your assistant the task. Let it handle the calls, research and follow-through.

Built around your business, your tools and your rules.

ONE REQUEST. REAL FOLLOW-THROUGH.
01 / 04
Understand the request

Find suppliers near the job and compare their quotes.

Illustrative workflow. Actions depend on your setup and permissions.

It can make and answer calls.

It can coordinate by email.

It can follow up by text.

REAL WORK, START TO FINISH

Here’s what
handing it off looks like.

Examples from the founder’s operating business.
Your assistant is configured for your work.

01

Find the right professional.

“Find a structural engineer who can visit the job next week.”

The assistant researched candidates, called to confirm availability, and presented a shortlist with fees and schedules. After the owner chose, it confirmed the appointment and completed the approved booking.

02

Get quotes worth comparing.

“Check my vendors and find local suppliers to bid this list.”

The assistant found three suppliers near the job, collected bids by email, requested corrections, and prepared a comparison of price and delivery availability.

03

Take the arrangements off your list.

“Find lodging for our upcoming jobs.”

The assistant researched options near two work locations and booked the choices the owner approved. The same approach can support travel and other business arrangements.

These are owner-reported experiences. Bookings, payments and other consequential actions depend on the access and approval rules agreed for each build.

BUILT FOR YOU. CONTROLLED BY YOU.

Your assistant.
Your final say.

A custom implementation on accounts you control.

We agree on the work you want to delegate, connect the appropriate tools, and define where the assistant acts and where it asks first.

  • A one-time implementation fee, quoted for your project.
  • Software subscriptions and usage paid to the providers.
  • Training, handoff and initial support defined in your scope.
  • Later changes and additional work quoted separately.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Is this just for construction companies?+

No. We start with the work you need help with. Research, coordination, lead follow-up and travel arrangements show up in many kinds of businesses.

Will I have to change all my software?+

Not necessarily. We assess your current tools and available access, then recommend the connections or changes needed for the agreed work.

Can I choose the name and voice?+

Yes. Your assistant is built for your business. Roxanne is the name used in the founder’s renovation business, not the name of a JVL product.

Can it make purchases or publish things without asking?+

You define the approval boundaries. The project scope specifies which actions need your approval and which routine actions may run on their own.
